Returns are allowed within 7 days of product delivery for non-personalized items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Free shipping on all orders over $35!
Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days from our New Richmond, Wisconsin studio.
Standard shipping (USPS First Class): 5–7 business day delivery within the USA.
Priority upgrade available for an additional fee.
Larger packages shipped via UPS Ground.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
